Vacancy: Guest Relations Agent

We are looking for a customer-oriented and dynamic Guest Relations Agent! Your main goal is to create unforgettable impressions for hotel guests, carefully listen to their requests and feedback, resolve them promptly, and maintain high service quality in line with hospitality standards.

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: Guba;
• Working Schedule: 6 days a week;
• Salary: 700–800 AZN;
• Transportation, accommodation, and meals are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming VIP and regular guests, providing personalized service and support from arrival to departure;
• Listening to guest requests, feedback, and complaints, and promptly resolving arising issues;
• Providing guests with detailed information about hotel services, restaurants, events, and nearby attractions;
• Coordinating the organization of guest requests related to birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions;
• Working in close coordination with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments;
• Conducting guest satisfaction surveys;
• Analyzing guest feedback and presenting it to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in Tourism and Hospitality is desirable;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the hospitality sector, especially in Guest Relations or Reception;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages;
• Knowledge of hotel management programs, especially Opera and similar systems;
• Excellent communication and listening skills;
• Ability to manage conflicts and make prompt decisions in difficult situations;
• Friendly demeanor, neat appearance, and adherence to corporate etiquette;
• Ability to work in a team and build effective communication.
