An international company operating in the field of health and personal care products is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Head of Sales Department.

Working conditions:

• Work location: Baku city, central office
• Salary: up to 2000 AZN (depending on knowledge and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the work of the telesales department and team leaders;
• Ensure the fulfillment of sales plans and the achievement of set goals by the team;
• Analyze KPIs, sales conversion, average sale amount, and call effectiveness;
• Implement effective solutions to improve sales performance;
• Evaluate team performance, organize training and development;
• Improve sales scripts and existing sales processes;
• Collaborate with the marketing department to increase the conversion of incoming inquiries into sales;
• Prepare reports on sales results and present them to management.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in telesales or a sales-oriented call center;
• Skills in managing sales teams and working with KPIs;
• Practical experience in increasing sales volume, conversion, and team productivity;
• Ability to analyze sales indicators and make result-oriented decisions;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
