Vacancy: Estimator Engineer

Company: Branch of MAKRO 2000 Yapı İnşaat Anonim Şirketi in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Working conditions and benefits:

• Work schedule: 6 working days per week (Saturday is a shortened working day);
• Salary will be determined based on the interview according to the candidate's work experience;

• Work location: Baku city, 43 Samad Vurgun street, World Business Centre.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation, verification, and analysis of estimate documentation for projects;
• Market research for construction materials and services;
• Preparation of estimate documentation in accordance with relevant standards (SNiP, DBN, ARSM, etc.);
• Financial evaluation of projects and budget optimization;
• Participation in price negotiations with contractors and suppliers;
• Verification of the compliance of construction works with estimate documentation.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (in Civil Engineering, Economics, or other related fields);
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Estimator Engineer in the construction sector;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (SMETA AZ, Resurs, Norma, etc.);
• Practical knowledge and experience in construction standards and pricing rules;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and teamwork skills;
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
