Vacancy: Cost Estimation & Planning Specialist

Company: Faber Construction

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, Chinar Park Business Center;
• Work schedule: 5-day work week, 09:00–17:00; short working hours on Saturday (6th day);
• Salary: 1000–1500 AZN;
• Employment contract: Official employment contract.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of estimates and cost plans for construction projects;
• Calculating project budgets and planning costs;
• Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and other resources;
• Preparation and analysis of estimate documentation;
• Comparing actual costs with the planned budget;
• Preparation of financial and cost reports for projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in cost estimation and planning;
• Knowledge of the construction field;
• Good proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Ability to work with cost estimation software is an advantage;
• Analytical thinking and calculation skills;
• Being attentive, responsible, and precise;
• Ability to work in a team.
