Vacancy: Accountant

Job Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku, Khatai district, Babək Plaza;
• Salary: 800–1000 AZN + bonus;
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting for leasing payments;
• Performing daily accounting operations;
• Processing cash and bank transactions;
• Preparation and verification of accounting documents;
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable;
• Preparation and submission of tax, social security fund, statistical, and other reports;
• Preparation of relevant compliance reports and submission to state services;
• Using E-taxes, E-gov, and other portals;
• Creating and sending electronic invoices (E-Qaimə Faktura);
• Monitoring bank accounts via internet banking and executing payments;
• Calculating salaries, vacation pay, final settlements, and other payments;
• Accounting for and tracking the movement of fixed assets and inventory;
• Maintaining tax and financial accounting records;
• Participating in the preparation of financial statements;
• Managing HR records through the EMAS system;
• Fulfilling other accounting tasks assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 6–12 months of work experience in accounting;
• Experience in banks, MFIs, and other credit institutions is desirable;
• General knowledge of leasing activities;
• Understanding of leasing payments and operations;
• Familiarity with cash and bank transactions;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• General knowledge in the field of compliance is desirable;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and efficiency;
• Teamwork skills.
