We are looking for an employee to communicate with customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 450–600 AZN;
       The salary may vary depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
• Work schedule: 6 days a week;
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00;
• Work address: 28 May.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp;
• Receiving incoming phone calls;
• Providing customers with information about products and services;
• Communicating with customers in a correct and polite manner;
• Routing customer inquiries in an efficient manner.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in corresponding with customers via Instagram and WhatsApp;
• Skills in answering phone calls;
• Ability to communicate correctly and fluently;
• Experience in sales is an advantage;
• Being responsible and prompt;
• Ability to work in a team.
