Chief Accountant

Job conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city;
• Address: Binagadi district, DSK road;
• Work schedule: 5 working days a week;
• Salary: 3000 – 5000 AZN;
• Meals: Provided by the company 

Job responsibilities:

• Organization and management of accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Recording and control of daily financial transactions; 
• Ensuring the correct accounting of income and expenses; 
• Preparation and timely submission of reports to tax authorities, social security funds, statistical bodies, and other state institutions; 
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; 
• Control and reconciliation of bank, cash, and other financial transactions; 
• Calculation of salaries and management of the payment process; 
• Calculation of tax liabilities and control over their execution; 
• Correct preparation, storage, and archiving of accounting documents; 
• Coordination and management of the accounting team's activities; 
• Representing the company during audits, tax inspections, and other control procedures; 
• Assessment of financial risks and provision of relevant proposals to management; 
• Ensuring financial discipline and internal control mechanisms. 

Candidate requirements:

• Age: 30–55 
• Gender: Male and female candidates 
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 
• PMS certificate is mandatory; 
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience as a Chief Accountant; 
• High proficiency in 1C, MS Excel, and other accounting software; 
• In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and financial accounting; 
• Analytical thinking, leadership, and team management skills; 
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to make prompt decisions.
