Working conditions:

• Salary: 1500–2000 AZN;
• Work schedule: 1 day per week in the office, remote work on other days;
• The construction company is looking for a specialist who can carry out architecture, interior, exterior, and 3D visualization work for private residential houses, apartments, residential buildings, and other construction projects.
• The candidate must be able to work on the project from initial concept to visualization and the preparation of working drawings that can be used in construction.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation of architectural, interior, and exterior concepts;
• Development of design solutions for layout, facade, yard, and common areas;
• Functional and aesthetic design of interior spaces;
• Preparation of high-quality 3D modeling and photorealistic visualizations;
• Selection of materials, colors, textures, lighting, and furniture solutions;
• Implementation of space and furniture planning;
• Preparation of plans, sections, elevations, dimensioning, and other necessary working drawings based on the approved project;
• Adapting projects to real construction and renovation processes;
• Working in coordination with the construction team and engineers;
• Implementing required changes and adjustments to the project.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Relevant work experience in the field of architecture, interior, and exterior design;
• Ability to work with private houses, apartments, and residential projects;
• Good knowledge of 3D modeling and photorealistic visualization;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software;
• Experience in preparing plans, sections, facades, and working drawings with precise measurements;
• Understanding of space planning, materials, and construction processes;
• Creative approach, aesthetic taste, and attention to detail;
• Responsible and result-oriented work ability.

Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.

It is an advantage to have examples of work in the following areas in the portfolio:

• Architectural and residential projects;
• Interior and exterior designs;
• Photorealistic 3D visualizations;
• Plans and working drawings;
• Real executed projects.
