🏢 Company: OGS Azerbaijan At OGS Azerbaijan is looking for a Procurement Specialist (or Lead) to support sourcing and purchasing activities for equipment, materials, and services in oil & gas and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage procurement workflows from request to purchase order and delivery follow-up;
• Source and purchase equipment, materials, and services from local and international suppliers;
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain qualified vendor lists;
• Maintain close relationships with customers and manage CRM system;
• Prepare RFQs, compare supplier offers, and support commercial evaluations;
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation;
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with project deadlines;
• (For Lead role) Manage procurement team, hiring and development processes;
• Lead ERP implementation and advise on system architecture and workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience;
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or MEP-related projects;
• Proven experience sourcing industrial equipment/materials locally and internationally;
• Strong experience in vendor/supplier management;
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• English – advanced business level; Russian – intermediate.
