Tourism manager

An experienced and responsible Tourism Manager is sought for a company operating in the tourism sector.

Job responsibilities:

• Development, organization, and coordination of tour programs;
• Management of daily tours and group trips;
• Supervision and coordination of guides' work;
• Ensuring the satisfaction of tour participants;
• Resolution of operational issues arising during the tour;
• Management of the team members' work process;
• Establishing professional communication with clients and partners;
• Preparation and submission of reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the tourism sector;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages;
• Leadership and management skills;
• High sense of organization and responsibility;
• Ability to make operational decisions and solve problems;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Readiness for business trips and non-standard work schedule.
