Supervisor

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Salary: 1500-2000 AZN;
• Provision of a corporate mobile number;
• Fuel expenses covered.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and coordinate the daily operations of subordinate stores and employees;
• Define sales and operational performance indicators (KPIs), monitor execution, analyze and report results;
• Plan work distribution within the team, increase employee motivation, support their development, and evaluate performance;
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to management;
• Ensure proper implementation of the company's internal rules, procedures, and corporate standards in stores;
• Monitor the maintenance of high level of customer satisfaction and service quality;
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, display standards, and implementation of merchandising guidelines;
• Timely resolve operational issues and problems arising during the work process;
• Develop and implement proposals to increase sales volume and optimize operational processes;
• Regularly monitor store performance and prepare development plans based on results.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a managerial role in retail;
• Leadership, team management, and effective decision-making skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (Russian is mandatory);
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, and responsible approach;
• Proficiency in MS Office and 1C software;
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills;
• Having a personal passenger car is mandatory.
