🏨 Sales-oriented Hotel Manager

📌 Work conditions:

• Workplace: Hotel (office and operational area);
• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Salary: Based on agreement + bonus system.

📌 Other benefits:

📌 Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy;
• Attraction of corporate clients, tourism companies, and partners;
• Management and optimization of sales through OTA platforms (Booking, Airbnb, etc.);
• Adjustment of pricing policy according to the market;
• Monitoring daily reservations and sales performance, and preparation of reports;
• Organization and control of marketing and advertising activities;
• Increasing customer satisfaction and analyzing feedback.

📌 Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Tourism, Management, Marketing, or related fields);
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hospitality or sales;
• Azerbaijani language – excellent, Russian and English languages – preferred;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Experience with OTA platforms and sales channels is an advantage.
