Working Conditions:

• Work Location: Baku city, ADAS Plaza, Suleyman Sani Akhundov street;
• Work Schedule: 6 working days a week;
• Rest Day: Sunday;
• Salary: To be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and work experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the sales process of the company's services;
• Conduct sales meetings with potential clients and analyze their needs;
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closing;
• Properly manage the customer base and sales stages in the CRM system;
• Plan and consistently carry out the customer follow-up process;
• Build new partnerships and develop cooperation with existing partners;
• Hold meetings with partners and professionally represent the company;
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations;
• Analyze sales results and provide development suggestions;
• Contribute to achieving the sales targets set by the company.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management;
• Successful work experience in B2B and B2C sales;
• Practical skills in consultative selling, presentations, negotiation, and objection handling;
• Strong communication, persuasion, and ability to build long-term business relationships;
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications;
• Fluent Azerbaijani language (spoken and written), knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage;
• Work experience in education or services is an advantage;
• Results-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
