Work Conditions:

• Work address: Ashiq Molla Juma Street 44B;
• Work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Work mode: 6 working days a week;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implementation of the company's sales strategy;
• Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPIs;
• Analyze sales results and monitor performance indicators;
• Ensure the development and effective management of wholesale and retail sales channels;
• Lead the acquisition of new clients and creation of business opportunities;
• Ensure the development of the existing client portfolio;
• Analyze market and competitive environment to develop strategies for increasing sales;
• Manage the sales team and monitor team performance;
• Prepare reports on sales and commercial indicators and present them to management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and commercial areas;
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Practical experience in managing wholesale and retail sales channels;
• Knowledge of sales strategy, planning, budgeting, and KPI management;
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills;
• Negotiation and team management skills;
• Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and business analytics tools;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
