Site Manager

 Working conditions:

* Work location: Baku city, Shikhov;

* Work schedule: 6-day work week, 1 day off;

* Salary: 1800 – 2500 AZN.

 Responsibilities:

* Daily management of all work processes on the construction site and supervision of work execution;

* Coordination of the activities of site staff, foremen, and contractors;

* Ensuring the execution of construction works in accordance with the project, technical norms, and standards;

* Proper organization of the work plan and tasks, allocation of work;

* Efficient management of materials, equipment, and labor force;

* Prompt resolution of technical and organizational problems arising during the construction process;

* Monitoring the quality of work and timely handover;

* Ensuring compliance with labor protection and safety regulations;

* Providing daily and weekly reports to management on the work performed on site;

* Ensuring coordination with relevant departments and partners during project implementation.

Requirements:

* Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field;

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry;

* Leadership and team management skills;

* Knowledge of construction project management;

* To be responsible, operative, and disciplined.
