Restaurant Manager

Job Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city;
• Salary: 3000 – 4000 AZN;
• Work schedule: Full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective management of the restaurant's daily operations;
• Organize the distribution of work for staff and supervise the work process;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Implement measures to increase sales performance;
• Monitor cash register, order, and reporting processes;
• Ensure compliance with sanitary and service standards;
• Participate in the selection, adaptation, and motivation of staff;
• Oversee the planning of supply and product needs.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position in the restaurant or service sector;
• Leadership and management skills;
• Teamwork and decision-making abilities;
• Customer-oriented and responsible;
• Fluent Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
• Computer literacy is mandatory;
• Ability to work under pressure.
