West Inn Hotel, located in Icherisheher, is seeking responsible and professional receptionists to greet guests and ensure high-level service.

Working Conditions:

• Salary: 500 AZN + bonus;
• Monthly income: 700 AZN and above with bonuses;
• Workplace: Baku city, Icherisheher;
• Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Work Schedule:

Day shift:09:00-19:00;

• 1 day off per week.

Night shift:19:00-09:00;

• 1 day work, 1 day off.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and providing relevant services;
• Responding to phone calls, messages, and emails;
• Answering guest inquiries and providing necessary information;
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 18-30;
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages (fluent in one and intermediate in the other is sufficient);
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Polite and professional demeanor with guests;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to work in a team.
