Payroll Specialist

Company: "Azservis" LLC

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Bakhankhanov street 24, Bridge Plaza;
• Working hours: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00;
• Salary: 1500-1800 AZN .

Main Responsibilities:

• Calculation of salary, vacation pay, sick leave, business trips and other payments;
• Calculation of taxes, social insurance and other mandatory deductions;
• Timekeeping and verification of timesheet data;
• Preparation of relevant payroll reports;
• Preparation of reports submitted to tax authorities, social security funds and other state institutions;
• Work with the ƏMAS and e-taxes electronic systems;
• Compliance with the requirements of labor and tax legislation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll calculation;
• Good knowledge of Labor and Tax Codes;
• Practical experience in calculating payroll, taxes and social insurance;
• Ability to independently prepare and submit tax and other mandatory reports;
• Proficiency in 1C software;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Responsible approach to protecting confidential information.
