Project Management Specialist
Working conditions:
• Work schedule: 5 days a week;
• Location: Baku city;
• Salary: 1500–2000 AZN;
• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the AR.
About the position:
This position covers the effective management of all stages of projects from planning to final handover, organizing tender processes, coordinating procurement activities, preparing contracts, and overseeing project execution in accordance with established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out planning of new projects and coordinate the execution process;
• Organize the timely receipt of design documentation from partners;
• Organize tender processes for construction, furniture, and other materials in accordance with the design project;
• Carry out the selection of suppliers and contractors, manage the procurement process;
• Prepare the project investment budget and monitor the budget;
• Coordinate the process of preparing and concluding contracts with contractors;
• Monitor project execution in accordance with approved design and technical requirements;
• Ensure timely completion and handover of the project in accordance with quality standards.
Requirements:
Education:
• Higher education in economics, business administration, project management, procurement, supply chain, or other relevant fields;
• Preference is given to candidates with certificates in PMP, procurement, supply chain, tenders, or contract management.
Work experience:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in project management, project coordination, procurement, supply chain, or organizing tender processes.
Professional knowledge and skills:
• Practical knowledge in project management and coordination;
• Experience in organizing procurement, tender, and supply chain processes;
• Skills in contract preparation and negotiation;
• Knowledge of project budgeting and financial planning;
• Ability to work freely with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to work with project management tools;
• English language proficiency – B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
