Instrumentation Engineer

The "PENOPLEX PRIKAVKAZYE" plant urgently requires an Instrumentation Engineer (I&C Engineer).

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Hajigabul district, Atbulaq village, "PENOPLEX PRIKAVKAZYE" plant;
• Salary: Agreed upon during the interview based on the candidate's knowledge and experience;
• Commute to work: Transfer from 20 Yanvar metro station is provided by the company;
• Lunch: Provided by the company;
• Mobile communication: Provided by the company.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring continuous and proper technical operation of control and measuring instruments (CMI), automatic process control systems (APCS), and emergency protection systems (EPS) in the extruded polystyrene production workshop;
• Organizing work on metrological support of the production site;
• Timely and quality execution of technical operation and maintenance work in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation;
• Preventing the commissioning of faulty technical equipment;
• Knowing the operating principles of APCS systems and continuously improving them;
• Organizing planned preventive and maintenance work;
• Monitoring the installation, storage, and technical condition of equipment;
• Participating in acceptance and delivery tests of information and control complexes;
• Participating in work on the design, algorithmization, and programming of new control systems;
• Participating in the preparation of orders for spare parts, materials, and equipment;
• Informing management about the technical condition of equipment, repair needs, and required resources;
• Complying with labor protection, fire safety, and internal labor discipline rules;
• Mastering new technical means and continuing professional development;
• Participating in the enterprise's budget planning and monitoring the use of funds within the approved budget;
• Ensuring timely preparation of reports, primary documents, and technical information.

Candidate requirements:

• Education: Higher technical education;
• Work experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Language skills: Excellent Russian language proficiency;
• Computer skills:
• MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access);
• Ability to work with the internet and email;
• Knowledge of TiaPortal and 1C programs;
• Personal car: Desirable.
