VACANCY | HR SPECIALIST

Company: Distributor of Coca-Cola company 

Working conditions:

• Salary: 650 AZN;
• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• During winter months: 5-day work mode;
• Working hours: 09:00–18:00;
• Workplace: Sumgait city, near the Metro.

Main job responsibilities:

• Management of personnel movement in accordance with labor legislation;
• Execution of hiring, changes in labor contracts, and termination procedures on the E-gov (ƏMAS) portal;
• Maintenance and monitoring of documentation related to salary, leave, disciplinary penalties, and sick leave;
• Complete and correct preparation and updating of employee personnel files;
• Maintenance and updating of the employee database;
• Preparation and monitoring of attendance sheets;
• Preparation of other HR documents in accordance with labor legislation;
• Execution of relevant operations in the ISB;
• Timely and accurate execution of other tasks assigned by management.
