Vacancy: Call Center Operator

Company: SEYLAB 

Working conditions:

• Salary: 700–800 AZN;
• Work schedule: 6 days, shortened working hours on the 6th day;
• Working hours: 08:30–18:00;
• Workplace: Shovkat Alakbarova street;

Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers;
• Receiving and registering orders;
• Providing information to customers about services and delivery;
• Promptly responding to customer inquiries;
• Routing orders to the relevant department.

Requirements:

• Fluent speech and strong communication skills;
• Ability to communicate properly with customers;
• Responsibility and promptness;
• Computer literacy;
• Experience in Call Center or customer service is preferred.
