HR Specialist

Salary: 1500 – 3000 AZN

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and publication of vacancies, and coordination of the recruitment process; 
• Analysis of incoming CVs, selection of suitable candidates, and organization of interviews; 
• Active search (headhunting) and attraction of candidates; 
• End-to-end management of the recruitment process; 
• Effective communication with candidates and timely feedback provision; 
• Identification of staffing needs, job analysis, and workforce planning; 
• Development and implementation of recruitment strategies; 
• Establishment, improvement, and management of HR systems; 
• Preparation of employment contracts, processing of personnel orders and other documents; 
• Timekeeping, preparation and control of monthly timesheets; 
• Calculation and record-keeping of vacations; 
• Execution of dismissal procedures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Development and implementation of performance appraisal and motivation systems; 
• Monitoring the activities of employees during the probation period; 
• Management of employee relations and prompt resolution of arising issues; 
• Submission of analytical reports and strategic proposals in the HR field to management; 
• Ensuring full compliance with labor legislation requirements. 
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or work experience in the HSE field.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (in Human Resources, Management, Law, or another relevant specialty); 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR; 
• High-level knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Proficiency in MS Office programs; 
• Practical knowledge in recruitment, personnel record-keeping, and labor relations; 
• Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills; 
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills; 
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented; 
• Age: 30–55.
