Key responsibilities
* Management of the overall activities of the Human Resources department
* Development of recruitment strategy and coordination of processes
* Selection of candidates for vacancies and management of interviews
* Control over the preparation of employment contracts, orders, and personnel documents
* Implementation and management of HR procedures in accordance with labor legislation
* Management of employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes
* Implementation of performance appraisal and motivation systems
* Preparation of HR reports and submission to management
* Development of employee relations and corporate environment
* Organization and supervision of the department staff's activities
Candidate requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
* Experience in a managerial position
* In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
* Higher education
* High written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani
* Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Analytical thinking and management skills
* Team management and decision-making abilities
* Responsible, operational, and results-oriented approach
