Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist 

Working hours and employment terms:

• Salary: 1300-1500 AZN.
• Work schedule: 5-day work week.
• Address: H. Aliyev ave. 152, Çinar Plaza.

Job responsibilities:

• Conducting market research on marketing communications and analysis;
  
• Formation of digital marketing communications strategy;
  
• Development of detailed digital marketing plans and implementation of various brand and product campaigns;
  
• Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, preparing reports, and using comprehensive analytical systems;
  
• Preparation and management of the functional budget for the Digital Marketing department;
  
• Monitoring campaigns to ensure they stay within the approved budget;
  
• Research and integration of new communication channels and digital tools;
  
• Researching advertising companies for collaboration and pricing;
  
• Preparing reports and presentations on marketing activities.

Required skills:

• Higher education (marketing or related field is an advantage);
• 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian; English proficiency is an advantage;
• Experience in user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies in mobile app marketing;
• Experience in global advertising or electronics is an advantage;
• Leadership and management skills for advertising campaigns;
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, SEO tools, Yandex Metrica/Direct, Search Console, etc.;
• Ability to work with ROMI, ROI, ROAS metrics;
• Ability to perform A/B tests in advertising and continuously improve performance indicators;
• Teamwork skills;
• Creative and innovative thinking skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
