Civil Engineer vacancy

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Monday – Friday: 09:00–17:00;
• Saturday: 09:00–14:00;
• Salary: 2000 AZN;
• Employment registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Lunch is provided by the company;
• Job type: Full-time;
• Work location: Baku city, Sabunchu district, Nardaran settlement, Sea Breeze project.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the project scope and objectives, ensure coordination with stakeholders, and assess technical feasibility;
• Organize pre-project preparation work, prepare design tasks, draft contract documents, and develop work plans and schedules;
• Control the scope, quality, and cost of the performed works;
• Identify and assess project risks and take measures to mitigate them;
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards;
• Regularly monitor project execution and submit reports to management;
• Ensure prompt resolution of problems arising during the project;
• Coordinate formal and business relations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government entities;
• Ensure the approval process of Form-2, Form-3, and other technical documents for construction works;
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Civil Engineering (industrial and civil construction);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the construction sector;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and high attentiveness;
• Initiative, speed, and result-oriented work approach;
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
