Job Description

Commercial Director

Work conditions:

Workplace: Baku city, Binagadi district, Bilejeri settlement, Binagadi road 100 (Production base);

Work schedule: Six-day work schedule;

Day off: Sunday;

Salary: Competitive salary (to be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and professional competencies as a result of the interview).

Job responsibilities

  • To lead the development and execution of the company's general commercial strategy;
  • To ensure the management of sales, marketing, and customer relations;
  • To set sales targets, monitor execution, and evaluate results;
  • To conduct market research, analyze the competitive environment, and identify new business opportunities;
  • To develop and implement commercial initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and profitability;
  • To ensure the formation and effective management of the commercial budget;
  • To manage, develop, and evaluate the performance of sales teams;
  • To conduct high-level negotiations with strategic clients, distributors, and business partners;
  • To analyze sales, margin, market share, and other commercial indicators and provide regular reports to management;
  • To ensure the effective implementation of CRM and other commercial management systems;
  • To organize monitoring and reporting of sales and marketing activities based on KPIs;
  • To ensure close coordination with logistics, production, and finance departments.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education in business administration, marketing, economics, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in a senior position in commercial, sales, or business development;
  • Experience in FMCG, food industry, or manufacturing sector is an advantage;
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and business development;
  • Experience in analyzing financial indicators, sales reports, and commercial analytics;
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani;
  • Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
