Chief Accountant

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel;
• Experience with 1C software and the E-Government Portal;
• Knowledge of tax legislation, labor legislation, and accounting;
• Practical experience in accounting and managing the movement of inventory;
• Ability to prepare financial statements and balance sheets;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and accuracy;
• Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently;
• Age limit: 30–35.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation and timely submission of reports to tax authorities, State Social Protection Fund, statistical, and other government agencies;
• Ensuring financial and accounting records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
• Maintaining records of incoming funds, fixed assets, and inventory;
• Ensuring timely and accurate reflection of accounting operations in the system;
• Maintaining records of fixed assets, organizing and participating in inventory;
• Execution and control of financial transfers within the internal accounting system;
• Correspondence with suppliers and customers for the purpose of obtaining and submitting supporting documents;
• Ensuring correct and timely calculation and payment of salaries;
• Proper storage and archiving of accounting documents;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of financial information during the work process;
• Performing other financial and accounting tasks assigned by management.
