Chef Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in the process of meal preparation;
• Perform cleaning and preparation of vegetables and other products;
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy;
• Monitor the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas;
• Support proper storage of products;
• Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately;
• Work in coordination with the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a chef or chef assistant;
• Possess knowledge of Azerbaijani and European cuisine;
• Know food safety and hygiene regulations;
• Ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Be responsible, efficient, and disciplined;
• Ability to work according to given recipes and standards.

Work conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, Sabail district, Shikhov settlement;
• Salary: 800 - 1500 AZN.
