WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Salary: 500 AZN + bonus;
• Office environment (comfortable and stable working environment);
• Workplace: Near New Clinic, Baku.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing information to clients about services and procedures;
• Accurate entry of client requests into the system;
• Prompt resolution of complaints and inquiries;
• Support in ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age limit: 21+;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani;
• Skills in working with phone and communicating with clients;
• Attentiveness, responsibility, and efficiency;
• Female candidates only.
