Business Development Manager

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Full-time;
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00
• Workplace: Baku
• Salary: 900 – 1100 AZN + sales bonus

Job responsibilities:

• Implementation of the company's business development and corporate sales strategy;
• Identification and attraction of construction companies, hotels, residential complexes, sports and SPA centers, as well as other potential B2B clients;
• Organization of meetings with potential clients, conducting presentations and commercial negotiations;
• Researching new projects, identifying sales opportunities and establishing partnerships;
• Attracting new clients using cold calling, lead generation and other sales tools;
• Preparation of commercial proposals and management of the contract process;
• Developing existing customer relationships and ensuring long-term cooperation;
• Execution of sales plans and preparation of periodic reports.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B sales;
• Experience in the construction, technical maintenance, repair and service of swimming pools is an advantage;
• Having an existing corporate client base (B2B portfolio) is desirable;
• Strong presentation and business negotiation skills;
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques, Lead Generation and Cold Calling;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a result-oriented mindset;
• Possession of a driver's license is an advantage.
