Job Conditions

• Workplace: Baku city
• Work schedule: 5/2, 08:00–17:00
• Salary: 2700 AZN + KPI system

Job Responsibilities

• Management of brand sales performance, product portfolio planning and pricing strategy formulation;
• Daily stock monitoring, inter-store transfer coordination and actions on low-turnover products;
• Preparation of monthly campaigns, ensuring commercial efficiency and analyzing results;
• Analysis of sales and stock turnover, demand forecasting and report preparation;
• Organization of coordinated work with store teams and supervision of campaign execution;
• Effective communication with foreign partners and presentation of business reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG/cosmetics preferred);
• Ability to effectively manage sales and stock indicators;
• Experience in stock, price, and campaign management; Ability to work with 1C software;
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
