Brand Manager

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city
• Work schedule: 5/2, 08:00–17:00
• Salary: 2700 AZN + KPI system

Responsibilities:

• Managing brand sales metrics, planning product portfolio, and forming pricing strategy;
• Daily stock monitoring, coordination of inter-store transfers, and taking measures for slow-moving products;
• Preparation of monthly campaigns, ensuring commercial effectiveness and analysis of results;
• Analysis of sales and stock turnover, demand forecasting, and preparation of reports;
• Organization of coordinated work with store teams and control over campaign execution;
• Effective communication with external partners and submission of business reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG/cosmetics is a plus);
• Ability to effectively manage sales and stock metrics;
• Experience in stock, pricing, and campaign management;
• Ability to work with 1C software;
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
