Job Description

Senior B2B Sales Specialist
Job Conditions:

  • Salary: 2700 AZN + KPI bonus;
  • Working hours: 6 days;
  • Workplace: Baku city.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients and actively engaging them;
  • Negotiating with decision-makers and presenting solutions tailored to their business needs;
  • Preparing commercial proposals and closing deals in line with sales targets;
  • Developing long-term and reliable partnerships with existing collaborators;
  • Acting as the key liaison for partners and internal teams in business development;
  • Providing feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends;
  • Submitting reports to management on sales performance, business opportunities, and sales forecasts;
  • Analyzing sales metrics, identifying areas for development, and optimizing sales strategies;
  • Consistently updating sales opportunities and customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience (experience in financial services is a plus);
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to negotiate independently, manage relationships effectively, and make decisions;
  • Ability to build long-term and reliable relationships with clients;
  • Proactive approach and ability to organize work processes efficiently;
  • Experience working with and negotiating with large corporate clients;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
