Architect

Interium — a company providing interior design, project planning, repair and construction services, and custom furniture solutions for residential and commercial spaces — is looking for a professional Architect to join its team.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 5-day working week;
• Salary: Will be determined based on an interview, taking into account the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience;
• Workplace: Kamil Rahimli street, Baku.

Job responsibilities:

• Development of architectural projects for residential and commercial properties;
• Preparation of conceptual designs, plans, facades, sections, and working drawings;
• Development of architectural solutions in accordance with current building codes and regulations;
• Preparation and editing of projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software;
• Coordinated work with interior designers, engineers, and other team members;
• Participation in author's supervision during the project implementation phase;
• Participation in the process of selecting materials and constructive solutions appropriate to the project;
• Providing optimal architectural solutions by analyzing client needs and technical requirements;
• Participation in resolving technical issues arising from projects;
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with specified deadlines and quality standards.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in Architecture;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and Archicad;
• Practical experience in developing architectural projects and working drawings;
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations;
• Attention to technical details and responsibility;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently;
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
