💼 Working conditions:

• Fixed salary: 700 AZN + high sales bonus (opportunity to earn 1000–1500 AZN and more);
• Work schedule: 6 days;
• Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00;
• Lunch is provided by the company;

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Delivering professional and convincing presentations of services to clients;
• Effectively presenting current campaigns;
• Conducting active negotiations with clients and closing sales;
• Attracting new clients and expanding the sales network;
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; 
• Operational communication via phone and e-mail;
• Meeting sales targets and results-oriented activity;
• Preparing and submitting reports to management.

🧩 Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Russian language – fluent (mandatory);
• Age: 25–37;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales;
• Experience in the repair and construction sector is an advantage;
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
• Be active, responsible, and results-oriented.
