📌 Working conditions:

•  Work schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00 – 19:00;
•  Day off: only on weekdays (Monday-Thursday);
•  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are working days;
•  Salary: 700 AZN – Bonus (salary over 1500 AZN);
•  Address: Baku city, Green City, Sabail district, Shikhov settlement.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Organization of phone and face-to-face meetings with clients;
• Presentation of apartments and villas and management of the sales process;
• Selection of properties according to client requirements;
• Attracting new clients and working with the existing client base;
• Organization and accompaniment of property viewings;
• Participation in the preparation of sales contracts.

📌 Requirements:

• Age limit: 25 – 45 years;
• Higher education;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is desirable);
• Communication and sales skills;
• Be active, responsible, and results-oriented;
• Teamwork skills;
• Work experience: 1-3 years;
• Female candidates are preferred.
