Sales Manager (International Exhibitions)

The Azerbaijan Diplomacy Center (ADM) is looking for a Sales Manager with strong communication and presentation skills to carry out the sales of international forums, training, and projects.

Working conditions:

• Address: Baku city, 51 Uzeyir Hajibeyli street;
• The candidate can choose one of the following work schedules:

Option I — Weekdays

Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00

Option II — Weekend

Saturday and Sunday, 11:00–20:00

• Service fee: Minimum 40 AZN net per day. Depending on sales results, daily earnings vary between 40–100 AZN. Additional bonuses are provided for high results.

Main duties:

• To carry out sales of ADM's international forums, training, and other projects;
• To contact potential participants via phone and other means of communication;
• To provide full information about projects to customers;
• To ensure the execution of the sales plan;
• To build long-term cooperation relationships with customers;
• To prepare reports on daily activities and sales results.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the field of sales;
• Fluent speech in Azerbaijani, correct diction, and strong communication skills;
• Strong presentation and sales skills;
• Being responsible, efficient, and result-oriented;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
