About the position:

A company operating in the field of training and consulting is looking for a Sales Manager who can generate real sales results, knows the consultative sales approach, and has the ability to close deals.

This position is not just about providing information to the client. The candidate must identify the client's needs, offer appropriate solutions, handle objections, follow up, and lead the sale to a result.

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Baku city, ADAS Plaza;
• Work schedule: 6 working days per week;
• Day off: Sunday;
• Salary: 2000 AZN + bonuses;
• Lunch and corporate number: Provided by the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct active sales of training and consulting services;
• Convert incoming inquiries into sales;
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions;
• Use a consultative sales approach;
• Manage customer objections;
• Conduct systematic follow-ups;
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets;
• Manage the sales process in a CRM system;
• Analyze sales results and increase conversion.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales;
• Experience in service sales or consultative sales;
• Skills in closing and handling objections;
• Strong communication and persuasion skills;
• Experience working with sales plans and KPIs;
• Result-oriented and sales-motivated;
• Azerbaijani language – fluent;
• Russian language – mandatory;
• English language – an advantage;
• Ability to work with CRM and MS Office programs;
• Preference is given to female candidates.
