Sales consultant

VACANCY | SALES CONSULTANT

A perfume store chain is looking for an employee for the position of Sales Consultant.

Working conditions:

• First month salary: 600 AZN (fix);
• From the following months: 400 AZN (fix) + 3% sales bonus;
• Additional KPI bonuses are available;
• Work schedule: 2 shifts;

             10:00–18:00

             14:00–22:00

• 1 day off per week;
• Age limit: up to 30 years old;
• Product training is provided.

Candidate requirements:

• Adaptability to a corporate company environment;
• Responsible, attentive, and professional;
• Normal conversational level of Russian and English;
• Foreign language proficiency is an advantage for stores located within "Bravo", but not required;
• Experience in the field of sales is an advantage.

Main duties:

• Providing information about products to customers;
• Assisting customers with product selection according to their needs;
• Executing the sales process;
• Participating in product trainings;
• Adhering to store service and corporate standards.
