SALES ASSISTANT - BARISTA

Rəmzioğlu Paxlava LLC is looking for a Sales Assistant - Barista.

Working Conditions:

• Salary: 560 AZN NET + bonus + service fee + service charge;
• Work schedule: 2 shifts – 09:00–17:00 and 15:00–23:00;
• Ability to work in both shifts is required;
• Day off: 1 day per week;
• Lunch is provided by the company;
• Special discounts and privileges are available for employees;
• Workplace: Narimanov m/st, 53 Izaddin Hasanoglu Str.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and providing information about products;
• Presenting and selling sweets and other products;
• Taking orders and providing table service;
• Preparing various types of coffee in accordance with standards;
• Handling cash register transactions and accepting payments;
• Ensuring proper and neat display of products on the showcase;
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work and service areas;
• Assisting customers in product selection and recommending suitable products;
• Adhering to the company's service and sales standards;
• Working in coordination with the team.

Requirements:

• Age: 18–29;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
• Work experience as a sales assistant is preferred;
• Strong communication skills;
• Being proactive, responsible, and efficient;
• Customer-oriented and team player.
