Work conditions:

• Work schedule: 6 days a week;
• Salary: Depending on the candidate's experience and skills (1200 AZN – 1500 AZN);
• Lunch and corporate mobile number are provided by the company;
• Address: Binagadi district, Sulutapa settlement, Ruslan Abdullayev street, lane 9/21D.

Job responsibilities:

• Candidate search and conducting interviews;
• Support in preparing and publishing job advertisements;
• Active candidate search (platforms, referrals, social media);
• Initial CV screening and identification of candidates to be invited for an interview;
• Conducting initial interviews and documenting the results.
• Planning and coordinating interviews
• Organizing interviews with line managers;
• Sending confirmations to candidates;
• Organizing correspondence and calls with candidates;
• Process and project management
• Participation in the organization and execution of seasonal and mass recruitment projects;
• Participation in internship programs and Career fairs;
• Monitoring probationary periods and organizing training sessions;
• Planning, organizing, and conducting onboarding and HSE training for newly hired employees;
• Monitoring the performance of newly hired employees during their probation period, collecting and analyzing evaluation feedback from line managers in coordination with them;
• Completing the process regarding employee continuation of employment, extension of the probationary period, or termination of employment based on the results of the probationary period;

Requirements:

• Higher Education;
• Work experience: more than 3 years in a relevant position (F&B, retail, and service sectors are preferred);
• Age limit: 30-45;
• Practical knowledge of interview techniques and methods;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
• Development-oriented, ability to work in a team and in a dynamic work environment;
• Effective communication, analytical, and time management skills;
• Planning and prioritization skills;
• Personal qualities;
• Stress resistance;
• Responsibility and accuracy;
• Analytical thinking;
