QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Xirman LLC is looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Control Manager.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Salary: By agreement
• Lunch is provided by the company;
• Corporate phone number and call package;
• Workplace: 100 Binagadi Road.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and controlling the implementation of the company's quality standards;
• Ensuring compliance of production and service processes with quality standards;
• Organizing internal and external audits and analyzing the results;
• Controlling the implementation of ISO and other international standards;
• Preparing and presenting analytical reports on quality indicators to the management;
• Managing the work of the quality control department, conducting training for team members;
• Investigating customer complaints regarding products or services and providing solutions;
• Organizing risk management and problem-solving processes;
• Developing an action plan to prevent the provision of low-quality products or services, and proposals to improve work quality;
• Monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards throughout the plant territory.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Food Engineering, Biotechnology or relevant field);
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control in the food sector;
• Knowledge and experience in international standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000;
• Knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis of food products;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage);
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
