VMF KAFE - Procurement Specialist

VMF KAFE team is looking for a responsible and professional Procurement Specialist with experience in the procurement field in the cafe sector.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out the procurement process for necessary products and raw materials for the cafe;
• Negotiating with suppliers and attracting new suppliers;
• Comparing price offers and identifying the most favorable options;
• Monitoring the timely delivery of orders;
• Working in coordination with the warehouse and relevant departments;
• Preparing procurement documents and submitting reports.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in procurement in the cafe or restaurant sector is mandatory;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel);
• Analytical thinking and planning skills;
• Responsible, operative, and attentive to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and effective communication skills.
