Vacancy: Pawnshop Branch Manager

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: Baku
• Salary: Starting from 1000 AZN + bonus based on sales plan fulfillment
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 
• Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and effectively manage the daily activities of the branch; 
• Ensure the fulfillment of sales targets for the branch and actively participate in this process; 
• Coordinate team activities, distribute work, and support employee development; 
• Ensure a high level of customer service; 
• Monitor the branch's operational processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education; 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the pawnshop sector; 
• Practical experience in management and team leadership; 
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills; 
• High sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.
