Job Description

Vacancy: Accountant

Working Conditions:

  • Salary: 1500 AZN +
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week
  • Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain independent accounting in 1C 8.3 program for import, purchase, sales, product комплектации, projects, and production processes;
  • Prepare and send e-invoices, and monitor incoming e-invoices;
  • Execute domestic and international payments;
  • Manage transactions via internet banking;
  • Utilize New e-taxes.gov.az, Emas, E-gov.az, Stat.gov.az, and other government portals;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT, Profit Tax, State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), and Statistics reports;
  • Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement);
  • Handle daily bank and cash transactions;
  • Track and report on accounts receivable and accounts payable;

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • English language – C1 level;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and 1C programs;
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred;
  • Strong experience in finance and accounting, with analytical thinking skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and perform tasks responsibly and on time;
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability.
