Marketing Specialist

 MARKETING SPECIALIST

 We are looking for an experienced and professional candidate for the position of Marketing Specialist.

 Working Conditions:

• Salary: 900-1300 AZN (based on knowledge and experience);
• Work Schedule: 5 full working days a week, Saturday - half day;
• Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the AR;
• Work Location: Baku city, Dalğa Plaza.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising campaigns;
• Planning advertising budgets, identifying target audiences, and analyzing results;
• Independently preparing professional posts and advertising designs for Instagram and LinkedIn;
• Developing content plans and posting strategies in accordance with platform algorithms;
• Increasing content visibility, audience activity, and the number of applications;
• Proposing and implementing creative marketing ideas to promote and increase sales of the company's services;
• Competitor and market analysis, preparing reports on marketing results.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing;
• Strong practical knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• Ability to freely create designs in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator programs;
• Knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms, content marketing, and advertising strategies;
• Ability to work with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite tools;
• Creative thinking, initiative, and results-oriented approach;
• Marketing experience in consulting, HR, and recruiting companies is an advantage.
