Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER

Xirman LLC is looking for a female candidate for the position of Marketing Manager.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 2000–2500 AZN;
• Work schedule: 6-day work week;
• Lunch is provided;
• Corporate mobile number and call package;
• Workplace: Binagadi Road 100.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies;
• Analyze market, competitor, and customer behavior;
• Ensure positioning and development of products and services in the market;
• Formulate brand strategy and strengthen the brand's position in the market;
• Supervise the preservation of the brand's corporate style and communication standards;
• Plan, execute, and analyze results of advertising and marketing campaigns;
• Coordinate the management of SMM, digital marketing, advertising, and other communication channels;
• Develop projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty;
• Participate in the preparation of marketing plans for launching new products;
• Prepare proposals for product packaging, design, advertising materials, and other brand communication elements;
• Plan marketing budget and control the efficiency of expenditures;
• Collaborate with the sales department to design campaigns aimed at increasing sales;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities based on KPIs and prepare reports;
• Coordinate cooperation with advertising agencies, design, and other external partners;
• Analyze customer feedback and market reactions regarding the brand and products;
• Present proposals for marketing and brand development to the management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field;
• Experience in marketing/brand management;
• FMCG experience is mandatory;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, good English;
• Market and competitor analysis skills;
• Knowledge/experience in marketing, advertising, digital, and SMM;
• Analytical thinking and high communication skills;
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Female candidate;
• Team and project coordination skills.
