Job Details:

• Salary: Based on interview;
• Working schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00;
• Workplace: AGA Business Center;

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the Group’s Marketing Communications function and daily operations;
• Manage website activities, including content, CMS and website development projects;
• Coordinate social media planning, publishing and quality control;
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions and marketing activations;
• Manage OOH projects from planning to installation;
• Manage brand materials, promotional items, corporate gifts and office branding;
• Coordinate the development and procurement of marketing materials;
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, printers and suppliers;
• Prepare project briefs and ensure quality standards;
• Coordinate with Procurement on vendor selection and purchasing;
• Prepare and monitor the annual Marketing Communications budget;
• Ensure brand consistency across all Group companies and offices;
• Identify and implement digital solutions to improve marketing operations;
• Manage projects from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications;
• Experience in both digital and offline marketing;
• Experience with websites, social media, events, branding and creative agencies;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
• Good visual and commercial judgment;
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English;
• Russian is an advantage.
