VACANCY | MANAGER (DESIGNER) FOR FASHION DEPARTMENT

Nur Collection is looking for an employee for the position of Manager (Designer) in the Fashion Department.

Working conditions:

• Salary: 800–1500 AZN – to be determined based on the candidate's knowledge and skills;
• Work schedule: 6-day work week (6th day is a short working day);
• Lunch is provided by the company;
• Lunch break: 13:00–14:00;
• Workplace: Baku, Aliaga Vahid 1B (along the Baku-Sumgait road).

Main responsibilities:

• Research the textile and fashion market, trends, and customer demands;
• Develop and propose new clothing models and product ideas;
• Evaluate the sales and commercial potential of models in advance;
• Participate in the formation of the product range based on customer tastes, seasonal demands, and sales results;
• Determine the selection of models, colors, fabrics, and designs;
• Prepare proposals for new models and products for production;
• Analyze sales results of existing products and the range of competitors;
• Support the correct formation of the product direction between production and sales;
• Propose new product and model strategies to increase sales;

Candidate requirements:

• Secondary or higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Knowledge of the production process in the textile and clothing industry, types of fabrics, model features, and product quality;
• Ability to work in a team and individually;
• Be attentive, responsible, and efficient;
